How to transition to The Nosh Project

1 July 2021

Your dog will love The Nosh Project however it’s extremely important to properly transition your pet from their regular diet to any new food.

We recommend to do this slowly and in increasing amounts and over a period of 5 to 7 days.

Switching your dog’s regular food or diet abruptly can cause gastrointestinal upset which may lead to stomach pain, vomiting or unpleasant stools.

To safely transition your dog to a new food, please follow the below method:

Days 1-2: 25% new food, 75% old food

Days 3-4: 50% new food, 50% old food

Days 5-6: 75% new food, 25% old food

Day 7+: 100% new food

Always ensure your pet has access to fresh, clean water.
